It would be great if we could update minutes in a word format within Boardpro in real time with autosave capability. I would love the ability to edit minutes (in review) within Boardpro with track changes in a word document, so all stakeholders can be aware of the changes being made. At present, I have to load minutes into each agenda item, download minutes and circulate on email. Once I receive the edited minutes back, I have to re-copy and paste all minutes back into each boardpro agenda item. Doing it this way is an admin-heavy process for making changes to minutes and an inefficient way to operate.
It will be a great improvement if editors can have their amendments or additions tracked so other editors can see exactly what changes are suggested, and will be accepted or reconciled and resolved by the secretary to produce the final version of Minutes to be approved by the Board at the next meeting.
This is the one function that is really lacking atm for BoardPro. Having to double handle minutes by using external software with tracking function then cut and pasting into boardpro isnt an efficient process.
Totally agree with everyone - it would be really good to have the track changes function in minutes. At present I export them to Word, then the manager makes any track changes, then I go back into BoardPro and make these, resulting in a bit of double handling and time waste. I think overall the formatting functions in BoardPro could be more flexible - I assume most people would have come from using Word for most of their meeting documents, so the functionalities in BoardPro can be a bit restrictive.
Also on the wish list is that I would be able to send and receive an email notification (or if automated I can toggle it off) of what changes were done. For example Person A updated agenda Item 1.2 and 4.7

I would find this so useful as Board Members often want to add in changes to the minutes after the meeting, that weren't initially captured.
