It would be good if the secretary's draft of the minutes (and comments /queries noted on that first draft) were not viewable by the other directors or management until the chair's amendments are incorporated and approval given to circulate. Appreciate that the notification function is there but better that only the secretary and chair have visibility of the very early draft of the minutes to avoid misunderstandings. Workaround will be to draft the minutes in a word document and then copy and paste into BoardPro once the chair has approved them for circulation but would be super to be able to draft directly in BoardPro.
This would be a great idea. Not having the cut< copy< paste option within board pro can be a bit frustrating.
I would also really appreciate this function. Sometimes I need to clarify important matters with the chair after a meeting, and I don't want Board members that haven't attended the meeting reading the minutes prematurely and getting the wrong impression of what took place.
