We have 2 sessions in our meetings. One is Public (where members of the public are invited and where the minutes are published publically) and the other is Public Excluded where confidential and commercially sensitive items are discussed and the minutes are kept confidential. However, when we confirm our minutes, they always come into Boardpro in the Confirm Minutes section which sits in the first session which is the Public session. So the confirmation of the Public Excluded session of the minutes can only sit in the Public session. It would be helpful to have the ability to confirm minutes in more than one section of the agenda.
