Non-meeting actions included in Action Log Merged

The ability to use BoardPro to monitor actions that do not arise from a meeting, such as the findings of an Internal Audit review. Whilst it is possible to create a fake meeting, it would be great to have an Action Log that included non-meeting actions as well as actions arisings form meeting.
