Best-practice task management platforms are always on.
BoardPro is only on for one-day/month when you meet. This is a major weakness in the product compared to indirect competitors like Asana, Monday, Trello etc.
You've just added inter-meeting reports, but there needs to be a way to add inter-meeting actions which is even more important.
This would be helpful - a whole work plan comprising various action items could be added outside of the meeting structure, prompting the person e.g. chair, company secretary to complete the task.
Morning, Vicki.
Yes.
But it's likely to be far more important than something procedural like get an agenda ready. It could be something like "Setup a strategic marketing day" or "Budget 2023 meeting" or "Purpose workshop with everyone"
With Action Items, be able to add jobs for a director/member that weren't decided on in a meeting?
Eg get the chair to plan the next agenda
The ability to update and to add progress report notes in an action box during meetings so the action is automatically updated in the next meeting would be a huge asset
