Add an Action to a Flying Minute

A motion has been approved, and I need to action it. Actions are currently raised in the Minutes stage, but adding one to a Flying Minute would be ideal instead of waiting until the next meeting.

I'd prefer that once the motion is approved, the Board Secretary be notified, even if it is not the Board Sec who started the flying minute! That way I can drag the notification into my calendar and schedule the time to action anything needed
