Example text in a number of fields is fixed, e.g. "First item for decision" / "Title"
The 'Title' text is fixed "First item for decision".
This text has to be deleted before it can be overridden, and this always catches me out.
It would be good if this text 'disappears' when text is written in this field, like it does in the 'Purpose' field.
Same comment applies to ‘add note’ section of the minutes too (and anywhere else in the product).
