When we did our research on how board members, chairs and CEOs manage board actions, we found that while most people liked the simplicity of one email, when we asked them what they would do next, the result was
- breaking the list down into individual tasks into a task system
- delegating them to others who weren't in the meeting
By delivering one email per action, we help with the next step in the process.
