I like that everyone on my board can add and update their interests, but we have noticed that some are deleting their interests instead of closing them, which means they are no longer recorded in the past interests list, as required for compliance.
If there were an option to have a close button or a warning pop-up asking if you really want to delete this or if you meant to CLOSE the interest instead, it would save some grief.
