Add minute taking functionality to Action Items section.

I am talking specifically about the action items section when you add it to the agenda and then take minutes. in minute taking mode the action items appear and work well. But tools for taking notes and decisions and actions dont appear, like they do in the other sections. I found that if I wanted to take notes etc while in the action item section I had to open an item using the edit button and put notes into the action item itself.

Solution: Add minute taking options to the 'Action item' agenda item preloaded into agenda.
