It would be helpful to have an Audit log and/or be able to see who has read a document in our Board-Only Folders.
Transparency through an audit log (and especially in a sensitive situation) would be an important tool. In-Camera sessions for the Board can be highly sensitive. As much clarity on how the data is being managed, and maybe more importantly by whom, is critical to good governance.
