Our Board meets quarterly but we do a monthly "in between meeting" update report that save to the server and email out a link to prompt Board members to read it. It would be great if BoardPro had a section to hold these reports and to automate the distribution and tracking of the report, possibly a conversation thread attached? Or simply the ability to have a "Virtual Meeting"?
Agreed. We have supplemental papers, background reading etc that we don't want to (1) hold for the board pack cycle, and (2) would like to keep as recorded comms that board members can refer / be pointed back to.
