Hyperlink a document in the Governance Documents to an external source.
It is great to link a document in the Governance area to a meeting, but it would be nice to add that link (with special permissions to view it) to a document outside of BoardPro.
In the Meeting Documents section, it would be helpful if we could search for meeting documents by the presenter's name as well, as, in some cases, the presenter is usually the composer of the paper.
Have an option to exclude some files being built into the single board pack, but rather become links instead.
This can be for documents which are to remain in their native format
Or supplementary documents that are optional (or exceptionally large)
The annotation/private notes function in the board pack is excellent. Still, it would be helpful to be able to annotate documents in the Governance Documents or Between Meeting Reports/Flying Minutes.
Ability to Drag Folders containing files rather than having to open the Folder and upload the information or files. Particularly when setting up a new Sub-Committee with historical documentation or using BoardPro for the first time, where historical information is required to be uploaded. Also the type of files media files, videos, etc currently unable to upload.
Formatting of reports ie. Agenda and minutes Potentially could there be a standard and compact version, with the compact having mover and seconder, approved on the same line... Tighter margins etc
Add Checkboxes and Text options to Signatures on Documents
Often, we have forms that require the board member to check a box and/or be able to add additional or required text. It would be helpful if the Document signing feature added these options as well.
