Meeting improvements

It would be helpful to be able to shorten the length of the meeting URL e.g. When copying a Teams meeting URL the length of the URL can be 200+ characters, it would be good to be able to shorten the URL so that when it appears in the agenda etc it...

An option to have the person running the meeting or the Administrator have a scratch pad or be able to add private briefing notes against each agenda item during the meeting that they can then remove or delete as needed.

Please include timings on the simple agenda, for ease of reference.
