Allow documents to be uploaded within the section heading
On a number of occasions we only use the section heading on the Agenda and don't require a separate Agenda item within that and therefore require the ability to be able to upload a document under the section heading.
Can the name and role of the actual Chair of a meeting automatically be entered on the last page of the Minutes under 'Close the meeting'? All that is currently shown is 'Signature' and 'Date' which isn't enough information.
In Camera Sessions outside agenda items but within the meeting timing
Our Board has In Camera sessions sometimes. I would like to be able to include the timing for this on the agenda without it having an item number, ideally above the first item.
So when you look at your minutes or print out and you have several notes but about different subjects they don't all blend into one big speel. Would be great if the heading could be in bold on a seperate line.

We have items that may be lead at a meeting by a person at a particular level like board member but not allocated to a specific person. This would allow us to indicate the type of person who maybe asked to present or lead.
Change Recording of Voting to allow for "Agreed" i.e. 100%, "Carried" +50% Yes, or "Lost" under 50% Yes
It is useful for the record to note if a motion was fully supported, had a majority Yes, or was lost. The current voting record is either Approved or Not Approved so there is no record if the motion was unanimously passed.
We would like to have the option to include attachments to items copy when you clone an agenda. We had to cancel a meeting and it would have been helpful to have the option to copy attachments to the new agenda instead of having to re-import them.
Could meeting location (not just address) be included in meeting notices and calendar invites?
Currently the only way to get the location into diaries is to add the location name into the address field - but then it doubles up on the agenda where both location and address are displayed.
