Currently it is not possible to change the font or easily change the font size within the minute taking area. This would be very useful, especially as sometimes notes are copied in from a word document.
Could meeting location (not just address) be included in meeting notices and calendar invites?
Currently the only way to get the location into diaries is to add the location name into the address field - but then it doubles up on the agenda where both location and address are displayed.
Take Minutes in Word and then import into Meeting Documents
It would be great if we could append our own Word document or PDF of the minutes to the Minutes' link in the board meeting list window in Meeting Documents.

Notify Meeting Administrator of changes to the Agenda
As a meeting administrator, I would like to be notified when someone else has made edits to a Published Agenda, so that I am aware of what was changed, when, and by whom.
When casting a vote there is an 'accept', 'decline', 'abstain' option. It would be great to have a fourth option of 'absent', for those who don't attend a meeting, but where there is still a quorum and therefore voting still takes place.
