Would be handy to be able to customise the organisational roles so that they are unique to each organisation or at the very least add an 'other' or 'staff' category that can apply to people who don't fit within the current options.
A number of our users take a little while to figure out how to create minutes for the first time and need to be guided through finalising an agenda to get into minutes mode.
How about showing the basic minutes interface 'greyed out' within details...
