Hyperlink a document in the Governance Documents to an external source.
It is great to link a document in the Governance area to a meeting, but it would be nice to add that link (with special permissions to view it) to a document outside of BoardPro.
In the Meeting Documents section, it would be helpful if we could search for meeting documents by the presenter's name as well, as, in some cases, the presenter is usually the composer of the paper.

The annotation/private notes function in the board pack is excellent. Still, it would be helpful to be able to annotate documents in the Governance Documents or Between Meeting Reports/Flying Minutes.

Easily move a document from the Agenda to the Governance Documents section
when a key document is brought before the board for discussion and approval, there are some key documents that you would want to be able to "move to" a governance documents folder.
