Add Checkboxes and Text options to Signatures on Documents
Often, we have forms that require the board member to check a box and/or be able to add additional or required text. It would be helpful if the Document signing feature added these options as well.
Ability to edit Agenda header i.e. change "Guests" to "In attendance"
Our senior managers are in attendance at every meeting as opposed to being invited as a guest. It is our Chair's preference that they are listed as "In attendance" on the agenda.
Ability to Drag Folders containing files rather than having to open the Folder and upload the information or files. Particularly when setting up a new Sub-Committee with historical documentation or using BoardPro for the first time, where historical information is required to be uploaded. Also the type of files media files, videos, etc currently unable to upload.
Have an option to exclude some files being built into the single board pack, but rather become links instead.
This can be for documents which are to remain in their native format
Or supplementary documents that are optional (or exceptionally large)
Formatting of reports ie. Agenda and minutes Potentially could there be a standard and compact version, with the compact having mover and seconder, approved on the same line... Tighter margins etc
It would be convenient if we were able to copy folders under Governance Docs instead of having to go through the entire process of creating a whole new folder. I find I have a couple of folders that contain the same subfolders.
