On our Board, we have multiple people who sit on the same boards of different organisations. To save time, it would be nice to be able to add multiple names to an interest instead of adding each interest individually.
I like that everyone on my board can add and update their interests, but we have noticed that some are deleting their interests instead of closing them, which means they are no longer recorded in the past interests list, as required for compliance...
We know that the whole list is shown at each meeting. But how do Trustees know changes have been made without having to read the entire register every time? It would be helpful if the changes were highlighted or marked " New."
Provide the ability to copy the interests for a board member to his interests as a committee member after he has already been set up rather than only being able to do it at the time he is set up as a member of a committee.
