The layout of the action list is long, would like to input as a table either through BoardPro or with the option to export to table.

Ability to have shareholders loaded on the system for communication

Consolidated action notice

One question that came up was, when there are actions sent out, is it possible to get all the actions for one person sent in one email rather than multiple ones? Please advise when you get a chance.

Board Pack Email notices can be scheduled in advance

It would be great to schedule a board pack to send out to the board automatically. For example, The Meeting Administrator could publish the board pack on a Thursday but schedule the notice to go out a few days late.

Universal search terms

The ability to search through attachments when using the search function in the Meeting Documents section. Currently you have the ability to search for a keyword in a title but to have a broader search would be beneficial.

Name of person signing the Minutes is required

Can the name and role of the actual Chair of a meeting automatically be entered on the last page of the Minutes under 'Close the meeting'? All that is currently shown is 'Signature' and 'Date' which isn't enough information.

Hold formatting bar in place when scrolling in notes panel

If the notes panel is populated to the extend that scrolling is required, the formatting bar at the top currently scrolls out of view. If would be good if that could be held and just the typed notes scroll.
