In-Committee minute functionality.

It would be great to be able to record discussion and decision outcomes that are held in-committee, but limit these to only the people who attended (or the current chair/secretary) as being able to view them.

    {"children":[{"type":"paragraph","children":[{"text":"I would definitely use this. Schools in particular will use this functionality. With our board meeting minutes public, it would be great to capture notes and actions form \"in committee\" discussions in a separate private, yet connected area. "}]}]}

    We would definitely use this feature. Currently use an exercise book from days gone past!

    This would be a fantastic feature. One that most boards would use I suspect.

    The ability to store in-committee minutes in the same programme as the BOT minutes/papers would be really useful. It would also need to have the functionality to ensure the in-committee minutes were kept confidential from a BOT member - if the matter related to them.

    Yes agree. Including in-committee discussions that do not form part of the minutes for distribution outside the Board would be ideal.

    I am new to BoardPro and really need option to record In-Committee separate rather than cut/paste in to a word document. Certainly not efficient and very cumbersome at the moment.

    Great suggestion, Jonathan.  We have had other requests for "Board Only" meetings and agenda items, so we are investigating the feasibility.

    What's the use case for this Jonathan? Are you discussing the performance of those absent?
