It would be great to be able to record discussion and decision outcomes that are held in-committee, but limit these to only the people who attended (or the current chair/secretary) as being able to view them.
The ability to store in-committee minutes in the same programme as the BOT minutes/papers would be really useful. It would also need to have the functionality to ensure the in-committee minutes were kept confidential from a BOT member - if the matter related to them.
I am new to BoardPro and really need option to record In-Committee separate rather than cut/paste in to a word document. Certainly not efficient and very cumbersome at the moment.
We would definitely use this feature. Currently use an exercise book from days gone past!

Yes agree. Including in-committee discussions that do not form part of the minutes for distribution outside the Board would be ideal.

Great suggestion, Jonathan. We have had other requests for "Board Only" meetings and agenda items, so we are investigating the feasibility.
What's the use case for this Jonathan? Are you discussing the performance of those absent?
