Product Update: E-Signatures Coming Soon!
Hello everyone!
We are excited to announce that we are currently in the process of building e-signatures! 🎉 This has been a highly requested feature and we’ve been hard at work making it a reality.
The first feature with e-signatures will be for the signing of Meeting Minutes. We understand that this is an important document for many of our users and we want to make the signing process as seamless as possible. With e-signatures, you will be able to sign off on Meeting Minutes with just a few clicks.
We know many of you are eager to start using e-signatures and we are working diligently to get this feature up and running as soon as possible. As soon as we have an estimated date for putting this live, we will let you know.
Thank you for being a valued customer and we look forward to bringing you this new feature!
Best regards
Kim and the BoardPro Product Team
Is this feature available yet? We have a section for our Chair to sign minutes, which she does in her personal signing Adobe account, then sends back, but it would be good to replace the minutes with the signed copy.
This would be an amazing feature, and would certainly ensure that minutes are signed in a more timely manner - also reduces double handling - having to download send for e-signature and then refile
Yes would be handy. We normally print it off to be signed and then rescanned again.
Yes this would be very helpful, thank you
Yes this would definitely be a very useful tool to have in the BoardPro kit!
Yes this would be great!!!
Yes, definitely. The Smart minutes feature automatically uploads an unsigned version to the next Agenda for Confirmation at the next meeting. To attach an additional signed copy is a double up, this would be a good update.
This would be a great function to have.
Yes please, this would be a v useful function.
This will be a significant step forward for the platform. It must include the capability to initial each page, include an audit trail and be immune from editing once completed.
sooner the better please it’s 2022 ☺️
This would be super useful for us. I hope that it can get incorporated very soon.
Now that would be super helpful great idea
I was surprised this is not a feature. Currently we need to manually get (paper or digital) signatures for a resolution (e.g. something drafted by our lawyers) and then manually upload and store somewhere in BoardPro. It would be nice to be integrated.
This is an essential item - even if integrate with another system eg DocuSign or similar
Yes but make sure that the signatures are authenticated, so can upload to Companies Office - they won't upload anything that has been signed unless the signature has been authenticated.
