Group/Multiple board member action items Merged

The ability to assign an item to all board members or a group (more than one) board member. For example we're doing a landscaping/sector analysis, each board member is to add to a document other organisations in our sphere to better understand the ecosystem around our org. 

Or another example is, reflecting on what development activities the individual member would like to undertake for the coming year; being able to assign 'Bring to next meeting - development activities' to each board member would be helpful.
