It would be great if certain resources could be shared between the board and /or committees of the board.
E.g. Actions, meeting locations, documents, agendas, Interests,

It would be good for the minutes (and agenda / board papers) from a board sub-commmittee to be able to be automatically pulled into the board pack for the whole board meeting.
At present the minutes, agenda and any board papers need to be manually exported and then uploaded for the main board.
We have just renewed our subscription and opted for the extra Committee. However, our historical minutes, agendas and actions related to that Committee cannot be "transferred" from the main company to the Committee section.
We would really like to do this with documents and minutes.
