Ability to share items between board and its committees

It would be great if certain resources could be shared between the board and /or committees of the board.

E.g. Actions, meeting locations, documents, agendas, Interests,

    It would be useful to be able to add minutes from committee meetings to main Board meeting agenda without having to download, save and add :-)

    This would be helpful for meeting governance requirements in aged care by linking documents to demonstrate oversight

    Would be a very useful function to reduce duplication of information shared between Board and individual Committees.

    It would be great if we could clone an agenda between committees. Also allow guests to get the agenda if we need them to (at least have the option)

    It would be good for the minutes (and agenda / board papers) from a board sub-commmittee to be able to be automatically pulled into the board pack for the whole board meeting.

    At present the minutes, agenda and any board papers need to be manually exported and then uploaded for the main board.

    We have just renewed our subscription and opted for the extra Committee. However, our historical minutes, agendas and actions related to that Committee cannot be "transferred" from the main company to the Committee section.

    yes! If the minutes of a committee meeting could be linked to the main board meeting that would be great
