Ability to share items between board and its committees

Same for joint committee meetings! It would be great to share items etc. without needing to duplicate the entire agenda and do everything twice.

Sharing the location lists between Board and Committees would be great, a little tedious to keep both separate lists updated.

It would be great if as an admin you could view all of an individual committee members actions across the Board and various committees (of the one organisation) in one place.

I concur that an interest register should be attached to profile. I have just had to update Board and two committees with the same items for one person. It is easier to delete the interest if not needed for a committee rather than have to create it from scratch each time. Thanks :)

Hi - yes, it would be super to be able to move and copy items from committees to the Board. And also for the minutes of committee meetings to be adopted at the subsequent board meeting, rather than leaving them open until the next meeting of the committee which can be months away. Thanks!

Yes to interests. These should be attached to the profile, not the committee

Interest register - as someone with multiple entities with many shared directors, it would be helpful if the interest register were linked to a person's profile. This would save manually duplicating each entity's interest register over and over. Thank you

It would be extremely helpful and efficient to be able to take committee minutes within BoardPro to add to main Board pack, rather than having to save them elsewhere to drag to main Board minutes.

It would be good for the minutes (and agenda / board papers) from a board sub-commmittee to be able to be automatically pulled into the board pack for the whole board meeting.

At present the minutes, agenda and any board papers need to be manually exported and then uploaded for the main board.

We have just renewed our subscription and opted for the extra Committee. However, our historical minutes, agendas and actions related to that Committee cannot be "transferred" from the main company to the Committee section.

We would really like to do this with documents and minutes.
