As a host you get email notifications as comments come in to a flying minute. This allows you to monitor comments to a flying minute without having to go into the flying minute.
Hi and thanks for your idea. We have added this feature to the Between Meetings Section so that when a comment is made an email will be sent to the Board members plus the host. People are able to rely directly to the comment from within the email and also be able to turn email notifications on and off for each specific Report or Flying Minute.
