Sometimes the Minutes need more than text, and it would be good to be able to attach documents to a Minute item.

This would be great for us. At the moment the documents are attached to the agenda and not really to the minutes. They are not printed with the minutes and not included in when the minutes are reviewed in the next meeting. This is a frequent issue for us. Examples of documents I want to attach are: updated versions of documents that were reviewed in the meeting and notes from strategy sessions or similar.
It is now possible to attached documents but they aren't then listed and included as part of the minutes. It would be great for them to be included.
It is important the Action Items showing for a future meeting have the ability to attach a new item, make a new comment. If this is not happening it slows the discussion as people have to go elsewhere to see the notes and the continuity is lost.
Great idea. I've got loaded several actions that needed examples attached.
