A bit of a brain tease - the minutes allow you to upload a file but then the file cannot be found anywhere in the minutes or agenda. This needs to be fixed asap please. We often have material completed during a meeting that needs to be included in the minutes. It must be easy to find - not linked by a URL from another window in BoardPro. For the minutes to be approved, ALL the material needs to be together.
First time user! When I wrote the minutes, I wanted to attach a PDF of a whiteboard capture from the meeting. I am sure that future meetings will want to include presentations not sent in advance and other types of documentation. The PDF appears if I click on a dropdown in the meeting under the Documents tab, but not under the "meetings" tab. It's not intuitive for recipients (Board members) to find. So I have spent time writing instructions in the minutes on where to find the attachments. This additional functionality would really improve the experience :)
This would be great for us. At the moment the documents are attached to the agenda and not really to the minutes. They are not printed with the minutes and not included in when the minutes are reviewed in the next meeting. This is a frequent issue for us. Examples of documents I want to attach are: updated versions of documents that were reviewed in the meeting and notes from strategy sessions or similar.
It is important the Action Items showing for a future meeting have the ability to attach a new item, make a new comment. If this is not happening it slows the discussion as people have to go elsewhere to see the notes and the continuity is lost.
I would like to be able to add photos and screenshots to the minutes.
Yes! Please include the option to attach documents with the Minutes. It would save so much time and would make boardpro even better!
The ability to have the option to attach a document (appendix) to the minutes would be a great feature to include. Please consider this update.

It is now possible to attached documents but they aren't then listed and included as part of the minutes. It would be great for them to be included.
