Redact or restrict specific parts of the Agenda (and Board pack), plus the Minutes, to particular people. For example, if the Auxiliary staff attends the meeting and has read access to the Minutes, we want them only to view specific agenda items. Another example is that we may not want specific people to be able to read certain minutes or supporting documents due to conflicts of interest.
