Could we have a Deputy Chair category please?

It is useful when the Chair is unavailable and the Deputy chairs a meeting. Not everyone at the meeting may know that the person taking the meeting is the deputy.

Access to Historical Board/Committee papers - when newly appointed members join

It would be beneficial to have an "active from" date for appointment of committee members, to restrict access to potentially years of prior Board/Committee papers which they weren't involved in at the time.

There is much that we communicate to shareholders that are contained within BoardPro. The ability to send communications and keep those comms contained in BoardPro would be very useful

Allow wider usage within organisations

This is a great meeting tool for governance, we would love to be able to utilise it at a management level for meetings as well, which would require a range users at different levels.

Park past people so they no longer appear as selectable in meetings

It would be good to be able to keep past directors and execs in the people list, ut mark them as past so they do not appear as an option when picking people in the organisation for meetings etc.

Personalise folder access

Personalised folder access would be very handy when you have several different folders in BP and need to provide a staff member access to one particular folder and not the remaining folders.

Executive Session

Our board sometimes goes into executive session when we discuss executive pay and other sensitive issues. Staff does not attend. Executives may attend. It would be nice if this type of meeting cannot be viewed except for those on the invitee list.

administrator view of calendar

i don't attend all meetings but I act as an Administrator for the Board and CEO and one of my responsibilities is to put in the meeting calendar. It would be handy for me to see all the meetings in one go - is there a way around this?
