PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

    To have the month written in full for Minutes and resolutions

    I note that Boardpro abbreviates the date automatically for resolutions and minutes. e.g. Jun, Jul, Aug, etc. My Board prefers the date to be written in full. Is it possible to get this change made?

    Seconded is good, but what about the approval of the third, fourth, fifth...?

    Moved and seconded functionality is good, but sometimes you need to list that others have also all agreed/bought in to an action, e.g. for an exit sale price, you might need to record all three owners have agreed/seconded the decision.
