PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

    Register/import more than one interest at a time per director when moving from a different platform

    It would be ideal to have the ability to enter multiple interests per director rather than having to choose the director, date etc over and over again when setting up the interest register.

    Add Notes or Comments to Agenda Items
