Option to disable comments on Flying Minutes for everyone.
As an organiser of a Flying Minute, I would like to be able to disable the comments across a specific FM for all board members, especially when the debate becomes heated.

We know that the whole list is shown at each meeting. But how do Trustees know changes have been made without having to read the entire register every time? It would be helpful if the changes were highlighted or marked " New."
As a board member, I would like to be able to share a comment either with the whole board or with just a few.
Please allow me to add shared comments when I am reading the board pack.
We require the ability to change the order of the action list, and how it comes up when exporting. This should be made possible with either a drag and drop or a numbering function
