PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Comments against action items

Allow user to add comments against action items - for clarification and updates on items that run over a number of board cycles. Have Seen this practice with several boards now.

Enable directors to vote on resolutions

Enabling each director to vote on a resolution will capture where each one stood on the matter. They will have to commit or enter an objection and silence won't lead to implied consent.
