Allow user to add comments against action items - for clarification and updates on items that run over a number of board cycles. Have Seen this practice with several boards now.

Sometimes Actions Items are no longer required, due to the outcome from other events. Sometimes they merge with others etc. It is good they can be edited and additional notes, but also it would be better to set a status of "Not completed" "Superce...
It would be good to be able to upload all the board's annual tasks and activities for the year into BoardPro and then be able to review and reuse the list year after year.
Read Receipt when Board papers have been read by a Director/Trustee
We make an effort to have all board papers out to Directors/Trustees within 7 days of holding a meeting. Being able to view when they have been opened and read would be a handy tool to have.
I was present in the meeting, and accepted the action, but I need someone else to actually execute it. I would like to be able to delegate, without losing that I am responsible and accountable to report back to the board.
Currently, if someone obtains a Boardpro password that person has full access/download information that this password/access allows.
