Taking minutes in BoardPro is easy, but as it is a manual task, it can take some time. Utilizing AI would be super beneficial.

The Signature Function should allow the Corporate Secretary, an Officer, not a Director, to Sign Minutes. There are other occasions when the CFO also needs to sign. Maybe flag in People profile, list as signer

It would be helpful to be able to track changes done in the Minutes -similar to the Agenda change log available.
