PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

    add an extra level to the agenda structure

    Currently the agenda has level 1 (eg 1.0) and level 2 (eg. 1.1). Are you able to create a level 3 in the agenda that people have the option to use if needed (eg. 1.1.1).
