Pin the agenda to remain visible when viewing various documents in the Board pack. Some members of my board prefer to have it visible at all times as they find it awkward to jump between the agenda and the documents.

By having an action field within decisions actions can be immediately assigned if appropriate, rather than needing to generate the action separately. Only needs to be filled in if there is action to be taken. This would save a lot of extra typing!...

As a board member, I would like to be able to share a comment either with the whole board or with just a few. Please allow me to add shared comments when I am reading the board pack.

Attaching files is good, but it would be helpful to be able to place images directly into text boxes, e.g. notes/decisions/actions. This could be a diagram, or photo of a whiteboard discussion.
