can a chair and secretary have a personal shared folder to share and discuss documents prior to putting into a board platform

Export capability of documents

While yes you can download documents it would be great to have a better export capability, to make it easy to get all past minutes and documents in a single ZIP file rather than individually downloading them.

Personal Folders for Board Members

Board Members can upload and store documents in their own folders within the Governance Repository. Can be personal documents or be able to download and store board packs with their annotations.

Selectively prevent documents from being downloaded or printed

At present we can make a 'global' setting so no documents can be downloaded and/or printed. It would be helpful to be able to have a document setting to so that documents could be selectively marked as Not Downloadable or Printable.

Add comment when uploading a governance document

This is essentially metadata for the document that would also be searchable. This provides context to the document that would be visible without downloading a number of documents to find the one you want. Also useful for auditing purposes for vers...

Ability to edit Agenda header i.e. change "Guests" to "In attendance"

Our senior managers are in attendance at every meeting as opposed to being invited as a guest. It is our Chair's preference that they are listed as "In attendance" on the agenda.

Option to exclude some files from the Board Pack

Have an option to exclude some files being built into the single board pack, but rather become links instead. This can be for documents which are to remain in their native format Or supplementary documents that are optional (or exceptionally large)

Easily capture correspondence

Shorter minutes

Formatting of reports ie. Agenda and minutes Potentially could there be a standard and compact version, with the compact having mover and seconder, approved on the same line... Tighter margins etc
