Could meeting location (not just address) be included in meeting notices and calendar invites?
Currently the only way to get the location into diaries is to add the location name into the address field - but then it doubles up on the agenda where both location and address are displayed.
When creating the agenda, it would be nice to add a note or comment to agenda items without using the purpose field with the option to make these notes visible to all or specifically just to the chair or another Admin.
It would be preferable to be able to turn the automatic adding of all attendees to meetings off if preferred, to enable manual adding so that people who don't attend all meetings are not automatically added.

When casting a vote there is an 'accept', 'decline', 'abstain' option. It would be great to have a fourth option of 'absent', for those who don't attend a meeting, but where there is still a quorum and therefore voting still takes place.
When building a board pack and you create an agenda item then decide to consolidate it into another you have to delete the documents and then readd them, it would be easier to have the two items open and drag the papers across
Currently it is not possible to change the font or easily change the font size within the minute taking area. This would be very useful, especially as sometimes notes are copied in from a word document.
Most of our meetings are now virtual and it would be useful to be able to add the recording of the meeting (e.g. Zoom) to support the minutes/decisions made etc.
