Meeting improvements

Functionality to vote on iPhone and iPad. That way, since our meetings are all on Zoom during the pandemic, our board members who use their phone for Zoom can also vote through the BoardPro app.

When taking minutes on action items, to add a new action item you have to scroll to the bottom then you lose your place in the action item list. Perhaps you can look at having a 3rd window or pop up for adding notes, decisions and action items?

Currently BoardPro shows all members not attending as apologies when actually they are no apologies, they are just not required to attend. Is there any way of showing them other than apologies?

People receiving an invite to a meeting may need to withdraw prior to a meeting, providing their apologies. These people are different to people who were suppose to attend, but didn't. Perhaps having three columns would solve the problem.

When you clone an agenda, any notes you might have added to the end of the original are copied across - however, by definition those notes are normally only applicable to a particular meeting and shouldn't be duplicated with the rest of the agenda.

We would like to have the option to include attachments to items copy when you clone an agenda. We had to cancel a meeting and it would have been helpful to have the option to copy attachments to the new agenda instead of having to re-import them.

Customer typically has a long agenda with many items.And needs to frequently move things around and re-order.Drag and drop is preferred but is irritating in that they can't drag beyond the visible screen and must drop and scroll and redrag higher ...

Instead of clogging the Agenda / Board Pack with reams of inwards correspondence to read, rather have a separate place or appendix that they can go to, to view / read the correspondence.

When creating the agenda, it would be nice to add a note or comment to agenda items without using the purpose field with the option to make these notes visible to all or specifically just to the chair or another Admin.
