My subscriptions: Meeting improvements

We recently had to provide a copy of our meeting records to an external governance provider and the only way I could do this was to separately download the agenda and the minutes for each meeting which then have to be matched meeting by meeting.

At present only documents can be uploaded. It would be useful to be able to provide a link to a web page in the agenda (rather than PDF'ing the article with mixed results and uploading the PDF).
