PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Default to send meeting emails to all attendees, not just Board members

Can we setup a default, so that the email notification for a Board meeting goes to all attendees - Board members and non-Board members? At the moment, the non-Board members are regularly forgotten when sending out Boardpack emails

Use Roman letters instead of numbers on the agenda

Auto advance to the next document in the board pack once you mark a document as read

Have the Action Items appair in the same way as the main Adenda ie in a list in the Adenda

This would mean the same process is followed during the meeting as all the other items on the Agenda
