Attaching files is good, but it would be helpful to be able to place images directly into text boxes, e.g. notes/decisions/actions. This could be a diagram, or photo of a whiteboard discussion.
The option to add times to a section rather than each agenda item. For example, the welcome section has 15 minutes allotted to it, and we have to complete all six agenda items in those 15 minutes.
Sometimes the Minutes need more than text, and it would be good to be able to attach documents to a Minute item.

It would be great to be able to record discussion and decision outcomes that are held in-committee, but limit these to only the people who attended (or the current chair/secretary) as being able to view them.
