Ability to move items within the minutes to match the flow of the meeting. If a quick item is discussed out of sequence it would be good to be able to move it within the minutes to the correct place in the meeting discussion without changing it's section.

Add Notes or Comments to Agenda Items

When creating the agenda, it would be nice to add a note or comment to agenda items without using the purpose field with the option to make these notes visible to all or specifically just to the chair or another Admin.

When adding People -a place to add specific details about the person that the admin can manage. A notes or field area where things can be added like: add a short name (might say Joseph for legal purposes on the agenda but have call Joe), birthdate...

Interests Register - sort field

It would be good to have to option to sort the interest register by last name as the default sort and even better to have flexibility to sort in any order - i.e. have the Chair and Deputy Chair first followed by others sorted by last name

Make it clear who are directors and who isn't. Can't tell by looking, so it appears everyone is a director.
