I like that invitations sent for meetings will update the attendee list to 'apologies' if the invitee declines the invitation. It would be nice if the list of attendees started out as "Pending" or "Invited" and would then be designated as "Yes" or...

It would be good to be able to keep past directors and execs in the people list, ut mark them as past so they do not appear as an option when picking people in the organisation for meetings etc.

Currently, when the board pack is changed, the board sees everything on the list, including changes in the attendees or changes in the layout. It would be helpful to select and limit the changes, such as document changes, to which we want to draw ...

Most of our meetings are now virtual and it would be useful to be able to add the recording of the meeting (e.g. Zoom) to support the minutes/decisions made etc.

During the meeting BoardPro would capture verbal discussions and transcribe them into the minutes text of the meeting

Where there is a conflict of interest it would be good to be able to redact part or all of a Boardpack from specific people only

Add an option to have a Flying Minute as Anonymous so only the result is displayed in the decision instead of the name -as is the option in an In Meeting Vote. My board can be pretty political so being able to have just the result displayed is ideal

Prior to scheduled Board meetings there is always a need for various Executive etc to submit Papers for inclusion into the Agenda and Board Pack. It would be helpful to be able to generate a scheduled reminder -say 10 days prior- that reminds this...

At present we can make a 'global' setting so no documents can be downloaded and/or printed. It would be helpful to be able to have a document setting to so that documents could be selectively marked as Not Downloadable or Printable.
