PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Ability to edit Agenda header i.e. change "Guests" to "In attendance"

Our senior managers are in attendance at every meeting as opposed to being invited as a guest. It is our Chair's preference that they are listed as "In attendance" on the agenda.

Please add a text field to write what the conflict relates to in the interests register ie: wife works for xyz company, or management contract for services

Increase the number of characters in an item title

We needed more than the 75 characters allowed for an item title. I would suggest at least double that to 150. Unlimited would be the best.

Public notes available in take minutes mode

Once we get public/shared notes on the board pack, attach these to the agenda/minutes back end so that the board secretary can view them when in take minutes mode

Register/import more than one interest at a time per director when moving from a different platform

It would be ideal to have the ability to enter multiple interests per director rather than having to choose the director, date etc over and over again when setting up the interest register.

Resolutions feature to add a unique number to capture against the motion.
