PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Remove any previous Closing Notes from Close Meeting item when cloning an agenda

When you clone an agenda, any notes you might have added to the end of the original are copied across - however, by definition those notes are normally only applicable to a particular meeting and shouldn't be duplicated with the rest of the agenda.

Option to CC the assistant when BoardPro email are sent out

It would be great to have an option where assistants can be copied on email sent out from BoardPro, with items such as meeting notices, board packs, actions, etc.

Decision Register tags

We often need to have a official and signed resolution for funders, so require the option of only printing this out. We make many decisions through our board time so adding the dates does not narrow it down enough.

Allow copying of subfolders in Governance Docs

It would be convenient if we were able to copy folders under Governance Docs instead of having to go through the entire process of creating a whole new folder. I find I have a couple of folders that contain the same subfolders.

The administrator role provides too much access for staff members upload their own reports. As the manager uploading reports is one less task that is required of me.
