PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Voting on iPhone and iPad

Functionality to vote on iPhone and iPad. That way, since our meetings are all on Zoom during the pandemic, our board members who use their phone for Zoom can also vote through the BoardPro app.

Ability to move items within the minutes to match the flow of the meeting. If a quick item is discussed out of sequence it would be good to be able to move it within the minutes to the correct place in the meeting discussion without changing it's section.

Meeting Attendees

Currently BoardPro shows all members not attending as apologies when actually they are no apologies, they are just not required to attend. Is there any way of showing them other than apologies?

It would be very helpful to be able to sort the order of meetings in the list. We have 12 months worth of meeting dates preloaded into BoardPro, but the meeting for next year appears first

On the Agenda there is Board Reflection at the end of the meeting. Can we add in a function for the Directors to be able to click a button for feedback? Eg: Rating Effective and efficient? Balance Performance Governance with Compliance Governance?...

Create Appendix for Correspondence
